You hear this often and it is by now, well past tiresome. But those repeating it remain tone deaf and cannot understand the public’s response. What follows is an excerpt I stumbled upon.

These aren’t my words but they summarize the arguments very well. In the interest of avoiding the usual attack on the messenger (usually encountered here), rather than the content, the author shall remain anonymous.

I’ve always been in favor of releasing the Epstein files. All of them. Every name, every flight log, every government record that exists. I’ve said that consistently, long before it became fashionable to pretend outrage.

But here’s the part no one chanting in the comments wants to deal with.

Sunlight isn’t a partisan weapon. It’s either a principle or it’s a prop. And if you only discover your devotion to transparency when the White House changes hands, you were never devoted to it in the first place.

That’s what’s being left out of today’s sudden moral performance.

For four years, Jeffrey Epstein’s name barely crossed the lips of the American Left. The Biden administration released nothing of consequence. There was no sustained demand. No congressional firestorm. No wall-to-wall media obsession about victims, accountability, or powerful men escaping consequences.

Just silence. Not the accidental kind. The intentional kind.
The kind that tells you everything you need to know.

Now, suddenly, Epstein matters. Suddenly, transparency is sacred. Suddenly, the same people who couldn’t be bothered to ask a question are pretending to be guardians of justice. That doesn’t pass the smell test. It isn’t credibility. It’s convenience.

What’s striking isn’t just the hypocrisy. It’s the way debate itself has been replaced. The slogan isn’t an argument. It’s a substitute for one. A way to avoid timelines. A way to dodge uncomfortable facts. A way to shut down discussion without ever engaging it.

I’ve been around long enough to recognize the move. When someone can’t or won’t defend their position, they repeat a line. Louder if necessary – often ending in “FULL STOP”. They treat repetition as proof and volume as virtue.

Donald Trump has been investigated more than any president in modern American history.

  • Russia.
  • Two impeachments.
  • Special counsels.
  • Federal prosecutors.
  • Civil courts.
  • Grand juries.

Years of scrutiny. If there was REAL, provable evidence that he committed crimes with Jeffrey Epstein, he would already be in prison. He isn’t.

Because none exists. It didn’t happen.

Now about the “Epstein Files” everyone keeps waving around:

Those documents include:

  • Media articles
  • Public tips
  • Duplicates
  • Unverified claims
  • Old reports

A “mention” in paperwork is not evidence of a crime. Yet, they are referred to as “people who are testifying under oath“, like they are trial or congressional transcripts. They’ll also include posts like below that disclose other items in those files but always fail to link OMB to any of them. Just more unverified statements.

What is playing out is the typical and expected playbook of the leftist lunatics. While busy lately with the cause-du-jour, (Mpls), whenever sanity returns and those efforts lose steam or fail completely, they return to the safe and comfy confines of the Epstein files, until the next manufactured outrage is released.
